Doctors

Why is it that doctors can't just be honest with us.  Like when you get a shot and they say "you'll feel a slight prick".  Translation - "This is gonna hurt like hell, but I didn't want to scare you".  I mean really, just tell me so I can be prepared.  Thanks Doc.
